Achieving Optimal Print Quality

The quality of the final transfer is directly dependent on the quality of the source file. To ensure exceptional results, please adhere to the following guidelines:

File Formats: Submit your artwork as a high-quality PDF or PNG file. For superior color fidelity and vibrancy, we strongly recommend submitting files in PDF format.

Resolution: A minimum resolution of 300 DPI is required for sharp, clear prints.

Artwork & Order Policy

Please Note: It is the client's responsibility to ensure all submitted artwork meets quality standards.

Low-resolution or poorly prepared graphics may result in unsatisfactory print quality. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for issues stemming from suboptimal artwork files.

In the event of a production-related defect caused by our equipment, we will gladly provide a reprint.

Before finalizing your order, please meticulously review your gang sheet for correct colors, sizing, and graphic placement. To maintain our commitment to rapid turnaround times, we do not offer file editing, resizing, or modification services post-submission.
