Achieving Optimal Print Quality

The quality of the final transfer is directly dependent on the quality of the source file. To ensure exceptional results, please adhere to the following guidelines:

File Formats: Submit your artwork as a high-quality PDF or PNG file. For superior color fidelity and vibrancy, we strongly recommend submitting files in PDF format.

Resolution: A minimum resolution of 300 DPI is required for sharp, clear prints.

Advanced Color Technology: We utilize a state-of-the-art nine-color printing system (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Red, Orange, Green, Blue, and White). This advanced technology allows us to accurately reproduce an expanded gamut of over 550,000 distinct colors, delivering unmatched depth and accuracy to your designs.

Artwork & Order Policy

Please Note: It is the client's responsibility to ensure all submitted artwork meets quality standards.

Low-resolution or poorly prepared graphics may result in unsatisfactory print quality. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for issues stemming from suboptimal artwork files.

In the event of a production-related defect caused by our equipment, we will gladly provide a reprint.

Before finalizing your order, please meticulously review your gang sheet for correct colors, sizing, and graphic placement. To maintain our commitment to rapid turnaround times, we do not offer file editing, resizing, or modification services post-submission.

Production Timeline

Our streamlined process ensures your orders are printed and prepared efficiently.

• Same-Day Production: Orders submitted and approved by 4:00 PM CST will be printed the same business day.

• Next-Day Production: Orders submitted after the 4:00 PM CST cutoff will be printed the following business day.

• Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Heat Press Application Instructions

Follow these steps to ensure a flawless and durable application of your transfers.

1. Pre-Press Garment: Press the garment for 5-10 seconds to remove excess moisture and create a smooth, flat surface.

2. Position & Press: Place the DTF transfer onto the garment. Using a heat press set to $300°F$, apply medium to firm pressure for 15 seconds.

3. Peel Film: Carefully remove the carrier film from the transfer. The design should now be fully adhered to the garment.

4. Final Press: Place a protective sheet over the design and press the garment for an additional 10 seconds. This final step cures the ink and maximizes adhesion for long-lasting durability.
